At Chinchin Lab, every Click is handmade with care, and many products are personalized just for you.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

If your order arrives:

    •    Damaged
    •    Defective
    •    Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the issue is our responsibility, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Before You Order

3D Printing Texture

Each Click is individually 3D printed. Subtle layer lines and slight surface variations are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Hand Assembly

Every Click is carefully hand-assembled. Minor differences between pieces may occur, making each one unique.

Color Variation

Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and filament batches.

Personalized Orders

Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
