Because our products are handmade and many are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made a mistake with your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically handcrafted and shipped within 7-10business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, customized orders cannot be changed or canceled.
